Most of all I love how much everyone at Cypress Fairhaven cares about the health and well being of all pets.
My puppies Molly and Duke absolutely love Dr Matthews! She has always been so caring to my yorkies and always makes them feel better. Everyone in the whole office is awesome. We love Savannah for always getting us in when needed. All the vet techs are super caring! We would never take our dogs to any other vet! Thank you Dr Matthews and all the caring staff! We appreciate all you do for us.
Me and my husband found out, literally two days before our wedding, that one of our cats was dying, we were devastated. We rushed him to Cypress Fair Haven in the morning, and they saved him. I broke down into tears when I went to pick my little buddy up, and I told them our wedding was actually the very next day, and I am still so thankful for this place saving him without much of a moment's notice.
The employees are amazing and they are very fast and amazing at what they do
I love that I'm made to feel like my pets are your only patients, and that you have lots of time to answer all my questions.
I am so impressed how the entire staff treats both of my babies with love and caring. Especially when they are ill. I always used another Vet until my daughter recommended I try Cypress Fairhaven, I am so glad she did. The original place I used made me feel like we were there just to give them money.
