Our first time visit to y'all was with a broken leg emergency for our little puppy. The receptionist was very accommodating and didn't turn us away. We were warned of a wait because y'all would be double booking, but we were ok with that. We were just grateful to have been seen. As a first time customer, we were thoroughly impressed with everything about the experience. Dr. Bouche was amazing and we are grateful for the love shown to our puppy and the service shown to us.
Wonderful caring staff and vets. We are lucky to have them in our neighborhood. They fit my cat in on short notice and came up with a new plan for her thyroid issue. I am new to the area, and figured they must be great with how many cars are in the parking lot every day. I was right! And they still fit me in on just a few hours notice. Dr. Keller was terrific. �
I have 4 granddogs, none of them live near Cypress Fairhaven as they have moved away, but we still take them here because these doctors are so kind, caring and knowledgeable, we always leave feeling our pups got the best possible care.
I just love them!! Dr. Hennessy and his staff are the best. I would not go anywhere else.
Highly recommend this clinic. Our dog had started with hots spots and was chewing his self raw. They got us right in and did what they could for him, then sent him home with medicine. Love his group.
This place is amazing and Dr. Hennessy is so wonderful. I have 3 labs that I bring to him and he gets down on the floor with them to examine them. He is so good with them. About 6 months ago, Dr. Hennessy successfully removed 2 malignant tumors, one very large, from one of my dogs. He is now cancer free.
