RecommendedI had to take my pregnant dog in because she was having problems delivering. They immediately took her back to examine her while I gave the receptionist my information. I basically walked in at 2:30pm and by 7:00pm that night I had her and 4 puppies safely back home. Dr. Broussard and all of the staff that I came into contact with was wonderful and amazing! Cypress Fairhaven has the most amazing, professional, kind and compassionate staff I have seen. They were truly wonderful from the time I brought my kitty Tiki in the doors through her surgery the following day and kitty day care the day following. I could write a book about all the wonderful things this animal hospital has done. I'm in rescue so I have visited Cypress Animal Hospital many times over the past 4 years. I also take my personal dogs to Cypress Fairhaven. When I've had urgent situations they always fit me in and I'm able to get in quickly in normal situations well. I recently had a foster that was diagnosed with cancer. It was in late stages so we had to make the decision to have her euthanized. It was a heartbreaking decision but she was in obvious pain and her quality of life had diminished. We gave her a bucket list day on her last day, and then took her to Cypress Fairhaven. The doctors and nurses are so compassionate and gave us time to say goodbye without pressure.
