This veterinary clinic has the best staff ever, they are caring with their fur love ones and also their families. We took our German Shepherd BRUNO on January 14 to be euthanized and they were very caring towards him and ourselves. Bruno had DM and his condition was progressing very fast to the point he didn't have much control of his back legs and hips. It was very hard to let him go but we didn't want him to suffer anymore. Dr. Hennessey was the first vet to 'fix' my older boxer-she was supposed to be put down at another vet and I was referred to his other clinic in Jersey Village....he told me he would NOT euthanize her and SAVED her instead-she lived for 16 years with his support....I was so excited to find out he's HERE!!! We are now patients with our new rescued Boxer who just underwent a dental and cyst removal and I cannot say how happy we are with the service and will continue coming here!!!! This was my first experience at Cypress Fairhaven and it was wonderful! I had heard great things about them from others but had never been there myself. I am a Foster with SAVE Animal Rescue and took one of our dogs there. I found everyone to be very nice and super compassionate which was especially important for this particular dog in that she is extremely afraid of people. I will for sure recommend Cypress Fairhaven to anyone looking for Vet services. Thank you!
