If you're looking for an experienced and compassionate doctor you're at the right place. Dr. To explains things in easy to understand language. He's a pleasure to work with and gets it right every time. I've seen him on 2 separate occasions and have been disappointed!
Terrible experience! Read this before booking an appointment. In my 45 years, I have never written a negative review, but I feel the need to warn others to avoid the frustrating experience I had with Dr. Quagliata and his team. At my first appointment, I complained of severe hemorrhoids and intense pain. To my surprise, he didn’t even examine me and simply prescribed a colonoscopy. Dr. Shah is a great doctor! Both my husband and I see him and have been very pleased with him. It's his staff that I don't like and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. His staff does not return voicemails nor texts. I shouldn't have to drive to different clin8cs to get the answers I need from Dr. Shah. Lupita is the WORST medical assistant EVER!!!! Lupita will not do what she promises it goes on deaf ears. Dr. Shah really needs to look at the service his staff gives as it's a reflection on him.
I have been seen by Dr. Hahn for many years and in all that time I have been treated very well. Dr. Hahn is a gentleman. He is very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and takes all the time that I need to answer my questions. His staff is likewise kind and efficient. The surgical center, with which Dr. Hahn is affiliated, is a marvel of efficiency. The staff there is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable--really a pleasure to go to.
