I never had one. I only saw his nurse once for about 8 minutes. He would agree to give me innocuous medication which I was taking when I switched to this chain practice, but he would then not prescribe them, with nonsensical reasons why he would't. I was far from seen as an individual human being by everyone I dealt with, which were nurses and receptionists.
He has been our family’s orthopedic doctor for a couple decades (lots of athletes). He is always professional, personable and very informative at each appointment.
