Left leg is very weak and ache during the night. Dr. showed a strong interest of understanding the problem of the patient.
After waiting an 1.5 hours to see him. He was confusing and dismissive of my issues. I got a better understanding from his assistant after he left. When I clearly was confused he got kind of mean. People come here in pain, desperate for relief and he offered me no help.
After 2 hours on the phone to get an appointment, we were finally “matched” with Dr. Martin who could handle a complex leg break. We sent over all the details, X-rays and CT scan in advance of our appointment. Since my leg is broken in 3 places, it’s not easy to get in and out of a vehicle so we prepared our visit in advance. We arrived early, brought all the paperwork and sat patiently for over an hour past the apt. time.
