Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this dermatologist friendly? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
