I have been living in this building for 4 years. I have been happy with my apartment and the location. I used to really appreciate the fact that it was a 'no frills' building. Over the past year, that has changed. The property manager is absolutely horrible and the building is really falling apart. I had a week and a half to decide if I was going to renew my lease that was increased by $500 a month due to "industry standard" and no negotiation. Not a place to live. Too much foot traffic from the businesses in the building. The whole building is aged and needs to be updated. Floors and ceilings unfinished and exposed. The property mangers are rude and unhelpful. The parking garage is a hassle to get in and out of (two different elevators, 2 doors and a long walkway) Only good thing about this place is location is A1 and the 24/7 security.

Noisy place, lose the charm very fast. At night is a complete chaos until about 3am.

I spent a year there and I left. The noise in the area, the pool is cold all year long, the gym has nothing basically, the sauna and hot tub never worked. And you have to buy your closets because the units do not have one and when you move out you have to sell them. At first the apartments look nice but pretty soon you would rather move somewhere else where you can get everything you were supposed to get here, better and cheaper.

Love this place, close to everything. Friendly staff and residents. Great vibe overall. Never an issue and incredible value.
