I dropped off my RZR turbo for recall. They got it out quick. Thanks Rosa.
They will not service any bikes older than 10 years. Time to find a shop that cares and can retain mechanics that know something about bikes.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Took my Polaris Ranger in for service on June 16. Was told it would be 2 weeks to look at since I hadn't pre planned and made an appointment for my unforeseen breakdown. I was fine with 2 week, and left it. 8 WEEKS LATER, and I got my machine back on August 11. It was one lie after another when I would call to check on status. I even left the owner Mr Sistrunk a message to call me, with no return call. An owner that doesn't care. Amazing. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else BUT Alamo.
I called first at 2:00pm. and they had my tire. I arrived an hour later and they told me it would be tomorrow before they could get to it because they were slammed. I told them that I had called earlier and that I had talked to Aaron and that I was headed back to Ft. Worth that day. The service department sucks! It takes forever to get an appointment and then it takes them two weeks to service the Bike because "they're backed up". Not our problem! Hire more mechanics!!
They are slow are molasses. Came in bought a bike with cash and took them over 2 hours to get bike to us. Worst part is that they lead me to believe they were getting it ready when in reality they waited till I paid (which took 2 hours to pay because of them) before they started prepping it.
Best Kawasaki dealer in Texas hands down. Kevin did my awesome deal on 2015 ZX-14R and the entire dealership is friendly professional and courteous. Only place to buy a bike in south Texas.
