I've had a terrible time with the service department. I have dealt with 3 different service managers since my motorcycle has been in their shop over the past 4-5 months. Each one has said they'd get a technician on it, and after I wait what seems to be a reasonable time, nobody knows what's going on and the problem has been inherited by a new service representative. So I purchased a bike less than a year ago. It had a recall took my bike in and they kept it for well over a month. Never called me to explain what was going on. I was the one initiating the calls but was always told we call you back. Months later I get my bike. My bike won't start yet again had it picked up on February 14th. And here we are over a week and NOT ONE person there will give me a return call. Not even the Manager Emily. I've spoken to Leroy, Roger and reception. Horrible customer service. You call and the girls that first answer have shitty attitudes. Told me $70 to mount a tire, I call back to set up appointment because I couldn't come in today and they tell me it'll be $150. Extremely annoyed and disappointed with this company.

Have bought 2 bikes there and nobody helped me, it's like if I were a ghost, I'm looking for a Kawasaki h2 but I guess I'll have to take my business somewhere else.
