I am a seasonal rider so my bike sits till the weather gets better, unfortunately all that sitting is not good for the bike. Parts like the carborator and the engine seals have suffered for it. I took my bike to Alamo Cycle Plex because of oil leaks from my crank case. They went through the bike and advised me of what concerned them and as well I told them my concerns. We have received nothing but poor service every time we have to deal with this dealership. Their own salesmen will not own up to their mistakes and never return calls. We tried to contact someone about a dispute with our service contract and have yet to receive a return call. Not only did they wait almost 5 months to start charging our credit card for the service plan we bought, they charged us three times in the same month trying to catch it up. Very helpful and very friendly staff highly recommend.
Filled out online application for pre approval. Then scheduled to meet, morning time on Saturday and made my purchase of the 2017 zx10rr. Was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I was pleased with the service, no pressure and could just talk to other employees about different bikes. Nice work!! Thanks, Alamo cycle plex!!!
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were surprisingly fair and service was great. Ill be going back for more.
Me and my wife went yesterday and we have 100+ experience from Dan Honestly great service from him he give us great deal on a jetski great deal on a service from my other jetski and damn he even clean my old one put it in the two trailer he was there till we leave ( after they close) and he make sure everything was perfect before we leave thanks to him we will defenetly come back to that store thanks mr dan for all the patience you had and for talk to us straight up
have my razor 170 in the service dept. for over 2 weeks and no contact from them yet. I have called several times and left my name and number and no return phone call. I even spoke to a service manager on 3/8/18 in the am and he said he would call me back in 30 min. and that never happened.
