awesome place and customer service very helpful
Cannot recall ever being treated so badly by sales people who have never heard or used the word "sir". Only concerned with selling their current inventory and could not answer simple questions about ordering a new 2015. I've been buying and selling bikes since these kids were in grade school. I'm not some 18 year old kid who needs a co-signer, and could have been the best, easiest sale for someone who who could stop screwing off long enough to recognize opportunity when they saw it. My wife and I went on a 12500 mile ride this summer that would not have happened if not for the staff at Alamo Cycle Plex. We started out near Los Angeles on our Honda Goldwing, and after a botched repair in Las Cruces, NM, our brakes locked up again I San Antonio. Rene and the entire staff made us feel like family. Rene made sure the repairs were done correctly, and we were able to complete our trip. I spent way to much money in this sore. They have totaled two of my trailers that I use to haul my ATV's and wheel chairs with. The only good thing they've done was fix my trailers after they have been Jack knifed. I also do not like the customer service they give Me and my family. Very rude employees. The only reason I still do business with them is because I have two units that have 100% maintenance. This business needs to change to the friendly shop that I first did business with.
