I was trying to put training wheels on a bike that just couldn't support training wheels. Mike showed me why it wouldn't work and also helped me pick out a gently used bike that would be a great transition. My daughter was pleased with the choice and happy that she still had a big girl bike to grow into. Mike your were kind, patient, knowledgeable and took into consideration the child's feelings. Well done.

A chance visit with a used bike A hand me down from a much loved cousin broke and we didn't know what to do Thank you Derrick for treating my grandson and I with as much respect and welcome as you would have a true bike aficionado We've been on our first ride, after obediently oiling and the bike's riding and stopping perfectly.

Awesome first time buying experience at Cycle Craft! Sunny Quach did a really good job of explaining to me the what i needed to know before purchasing the Cannondale Quick7. Didn't really have the intention of getting the bike the same day but the experience was so good i just had to buy and ride the same day!! The staff seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! It was an amazing experience!. The staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for mountain bike and thanks to Sunny I was able to get the bicycle I was looking for! I recommend the Parsippany store 100%!
