I purchased a bike online (from another company) and assembled myself. I felt comfortable doing it because hey, it already came mostly together, just a few things to. Took it for my first ride and within 15 minutes, the front wheel came off and fork was bent (I was fine, so there’s that!). I’m used to pass Cycle Craft all the time so figured I’d give them a call. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new Liv Avail for her birthday. We live out on Long Island and all my local bike shops were completely sold out. My regular shop told me Cycle Craft showed one being in stock. The only one within 500 miles of our home. So I called on Monday and spoke to a very friendly and helpful young man and left a deposit on the bike. He assured me that if Patty didn't like the bike the deposit was refundable. Amazing place! We got state of the art bike fits with Tim, and then got our bikes from Cycle Craft. These guys know their stuff! They helped us figure out which bikes met our needs and size, then helped swap out parts for a customized fit (shorter crank, narrower handlebars). Highly recommend!!
