I bought my Cannondale synapse at Cyclecraft based upon friends recommendations of the shop. This is my first road bike and I went all in and did the bike fit as well, money well spent. So today I am out riding and I bend my big chain ring. Ugh! After I bend it back enough to limp back home in small chain ring I head to cyclecraft. They look at bike immediately and straighten ring but are not confident in the ring. They do not have a new one in stock. Ugh! Thanks to Sonnie’s guys great packing, my Giant Talon made it all the way to Arizona in the back of a packed trailer, no problems. Great guys.

Quality work. Responsive and truly cares about the bike community. The staff is top notch and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service/sales.
Mike who heads up the Repairs section was brilliant! Very helpful.
I have used Cycle Craft Parsippany to rent a road bike a couple of times now when I’m in NJ for work. Very friendly people, great quality road bikes, always willing to make minor adjustments for a better fit. Highly recommend them!
