Sunny was an absolute pleasure throughout the entire selection and buying process. He 'wanted' to understand what I was looking to do and what I wanted to get out of cycling. Great shop! Love the people and how helpful they are. Usually have some great sales as seasons change and great selection of bikes. Have also worked with me on pricing or matching. Service guys are great too... Quick, courteous, and thorough...only recommend necessary maintenance and take lots of care with bikes while there. Highly recommend them!
Finding the right bike shop should never be underestimated! These guys have had my business for the past decade+ and always deliver.
Last year my wife and I stopped in to buy a couple of Mountain Bikes and really enjoyed the selection and knowledge of store employees. Back then, we had the pleasure of working with Sunny. He was thoughtful, professional and ensured we were put in the perfect bikes for our interests. We've been tremendously satisfied with that purchase and follow on. RecommendedThis was an awesome retail experience, I had an expectation of a quality experience with regards to premium sporting goods stores when I walked in the door and Cycle Craft didn't disappoint. What a great experience I had today at cycle craft! Everyone of the staff was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! I had a bike fit by Tim, who was the most kind, friendly, knowledgeable, patient man ever! It was well worth the 2 1/2 he drive to get there! My only complaint is the store is so far away, even though there is bike shop 4 blocks from my house, I would and will go back to cycle craft again!
