I spent several months looking for a bicycle repair course. Periodically I’d type the name of my town and “bicycle repair course” into my web-browser. Finally it happened! I found a bicycle repair class offered by Cycle Craft. The store closest to me, was not holding the class, but the store in Parsippany held a series of classes.
