this company bought our apartment from our landlord midway through our lease. they tried to take out security deposit due to unjustified claims. we threatened to sue and they paid us back the deposit plus all the fees we incurred in filing legal action. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Horrible experience with this “business.” We originally were renting from a nice gentlemen until he moved back to his home country and sold the unit we were renting. Unfortunately for us, CWV PROPERTY or Swann Asset Management, whatever their name actually is, purchased this unit and became the new landlords. During our stay there our air conditioning stopped worked twice in the middle of summer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They dont care about the customer, the only thing they care is to leave you without your deposit at the end of your lease. No customer service at all!!!! If you need something during the lease, they dont care! Please, dont deal with these people if you dont want a bad time.
