The young lady Pharmacist in this store is very rude. My doctor forgot to mark all the information in the prescription. I had to go back to the doctor’s office which was quite stressful because I didn’t have an appointment. She had no empathy at all but screamed at me while I didn’t do anything wrong. I will transfer my account to other Pharmacies and never come back to CVS. With AI coming, it won’t be long before there stores will see huge drop of traffic especially with this level of customer service.
