Been coming to the same pharmacy for the past two years and the staff has always been phenomenal. They work extra hard on making sure that everything is delivered on time and they keep you up-to-date and always are accessible via phone, which is great 10 out of 10 service amazing Pharmacy and staff.
The CVS pharmacy team at the Target Bou Avenue location is top-tier, handling high volume with impressive professionalism. They return voicemail messages promptly, process prescriptions quickly and accurately, and make checkout fast and easy. Over the years, I’ve recognized many of the same friendly faces. The team is consistently kind, and as a bonus, the location seems to have minimal staff turnover year after year. Truly exceptional service.
Phone encounter. Confused representative. Unable to understand specific question about medical supply covered by Medicare. Explained that patient not in their file. Took all of the personal info and announced I’m not in their file. Didn’t understand what the medical supply piece of equipment was. Medicare rep gave me their # because they supply medical equipment.
I love this CVS. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and there's never a line. Such a pleasure using them as my local pharmacy. Low stress. No hassle. A rarity these days.
