I don't usually do reviews on Facebook but this store is so bad that I am. The service is rude. The employees have an attitude. The manger doesn't care, which is probably why the employees are lousy.

This pharmacy is the slowest, most unreliable place I have ever been to. They never have your prescriptions ready when they say they will and then have you waiting for an hour in the store while they get their crap together. Will not be coming back to this pharmacy anymore, thankfully there’s a Walgreens right next door

The last script I called in, they gave me a quarter of the amount I was prescribed, without even informing me. When I called for my refill, which was supposed to be ready the following day, it was never processed and four days went by and they never called me to tell me it was ready for pick up . And when I finally went to pick it up they told me there was a problem with the prescription and they couldn't fill it . Which makes absolutely no sense in since they filled the first one. Everytime I go to this location, there's an unhappy customer Complaining. I now know why. There is a problem with management . Unfortunately I live in Wethersfield and that is the only 24 hour CVS around now that the one in Hartford closed , so I go to this location for convenience except every time I go there is a problem with my prescription there is poor customer service or I have to wait and obscenely long time in line . I found the girl that I last spoke to extremely rude and unapologetic . Very poor customer service .

called to tranfer my persription from next at walgreens. less than a 2 minute process.they have a customer for life.
