Bad experience. Went to pick up my meds and was told my insurance didn't approve.I had the insurance over 12 yrs.Long story short found out another CVS ran the meds through my insurance from a minute clinic I visited earlie wasn't suppose to it was suppose to go to the cvs I went to close to my home.I git the issue taken care and got my meds
Once again this CVS has disappointed me! They will send reminders for refills, but never bother to let you know when they are out of medications! Last night I was in line for over 30 minutes only to be told my Insulin wasn't ready again! Now on Easter Sunday morning I do not have enough to take my morning dose! I have been trying to get it since Wednesday. I was assured on the phone that the issue was taken care of. The manager on duty was not helpful at all!
I'm sick and tired of dropping my medicine off the day before and it is not ready when I go to get it, this is not the first time they are careless and told me to have a blessed day as I was driving off. They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with and yes I will have a blessed day because I am saved by the the blood of Jesus Christ not because you messed up on Sunday morning missing church trying to be a smart butt because I said I was going to church and would be back.
