They never answer the phone. Worst customer service in the world! If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve been on hold for over an hour for a conversation that should only take 75 seconds
When on hold, not only do they not answer the phone, you routinely get kept in hold for 20+ minutes.
Spent 41 minutes in the drive thru for them to fill two prescriptions ahead of mine, just to be told when I got to the window that my prescription wasn't ready yet. After they called me and told me that it was ready to pick up.
My soul dies a little more everytime I have to go to CVS.
Sick and tired of being on hold for 30mins-1hr just to put in for a refill! I've been hung up on twice already if you got time to hang up the phone & pick it up to tell someone to hang on. You have time to answer the phone. I will be making a complaint to whoever is above this store. Your customer service is complete crap. I understand everyone has a job to do but to be completely rude, hang up, & everything else is absurd.
I have been using CVS for 27+years and I've never had a bad experience until now at this 24 hour CVS. I was told it was a 3hour delay I went back in 4 hours and it still wasn't ready and then changed the price on my medicine
Why say your a 24 hour pharmacy when you walk in at 830 in the morning to have at prescription filled for a child with an ear infection, only to be told you can't do anything with prescriptions until 10 am? If I didn't need it before my regular pharmacy opened at 10 then why would I be here??? Makes no sense whatsoever. Needless to say took the prescription to my regular pharmacy who filled it within 5 minutes.
