It shouldn’t take 4 days, multiple phone calls, and showing up in person, stating that I’m not leaving without my prescriptions, to get them transferred and filled. The only apology I received was from the cashier who I had asked to check on the status of my prescriptions during my 75 minute wait, and it certainly wasn’t her fault. I’d chosen CVS because I thought it would be convenient to have online access and more hours than a locally-owned pharmacy. I was wrong.
RecommendedI recommend this CVS solely on the basis of Ali, Aimee, Sunny and one other girl whose name I forget. She deserves to be named but dang I don't know her name. Anyway these folks worked hard to help me with an Rx for my mom. They're on the ball and fabulous !!!!
very rude employees in the pharmacy
Rudest pharmacy techs. I realize they’re a busy location but you can get a text that your prescription is ready, wait in line inside or at the Drive Thru for 45 minutes and still not get your prescription because suddenly there’s an issue. You try to get the issue straightened out between your physician and insurance, and you do but when you call the pharmacy they still don’t have your meds. The pharmacy needed help bad 20+people in line and cars around the building and manager was up front just flirting with the cashier!! I asked him why wasn’t he helping the pharmacist called for backup Over the intercom
NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and basically what everyone else said in reviews place sucks
very disorganized...not enough staff...very grouchy.mean a better word...they REFUSE to answer the phone...sad sad sad...management? there needs to be an evaluation done on the store
CVS on Reidville road is literally the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if they’re allowing people to wait at the window for their prescriptions to be filled or what but I just spent 20 minutes behind ONE car and finally pulled away. This happens every single time. And it’s basically the same way inside!!! I’m not sure what their staff is doing there but every other CVS that I’ve been to does not work this way. Of course this is the only 24 hour CVS in Spartanburg as well.
They always tell you 1 hour to pick up your medicine but when you come back in an hour or even longer- it’s never ready. Today I dropped off my medicine at 3:15, came back at 4:15, sat in line for 45 minutes (getting to the window at 5pm) and she tells me it isn’t ready come back in 5 minutes. Then when you question why you were told an hour when it’s taking DOUBLE that, they get an attitude with you. So unprofessional.
