Every time I come to pick up medication I wait in line forever. Right now I have been in the line for 45 min. I have a newborn so I need to utilize the drive thru to eliminate any exposures to sickness. Every car that gets to the window is there for 10-15 each. They need a better system. If the persons prescription is not ready then ask them to come back. We will be changing pharmacies.
This is by far the worst pharmacy ever!! Waited over an hour for my sons medicine! Was told to come inside so I did to be met by an even longer line and absolutely no workers were even bothering to help any customer in line!!! Very poor customer service!! Don’t waste your time here!
Worst customer service ever!!! My prescription was sent there accidentally and My pharmacy has been waiting almost thirty minutes for them to just answer their phone and cancel it. Ridiculous. Will never use this pharmacy again!!!
Had to hang up the first time I called and was on hold for over 30 min. Now on hold for over 30 min again. All because they didn’t fill a Rx my Dr sent it . The app says I have to contact the pharmacy. Why not fill it or call me. I’m so over this stupid place. All wait times are beyond crazy. Phone, drive thru, inside. They need more help or something or reorganization.
I have literally been waiting for over an hour now for cvs pharmacy on Reidville rd to answer my call!!!...Customer service at this pharmacy has been getting worse and worse over the past month's now. It usually takes 15 to 20 minutes for a person to answer my call, and today however they've well passed this mark going on 1 hour and 12 minutes!...I would share the many screenshots I've took while waiting on an answer but oddly enough it's not giving me that option here!...SHOCKING RIGHT LMBO!
For the last two months I have been having problems with the night pharmist the man had told me to call at midnight Sunday night to fill my medication but the b word lady try to tell me I have to wait another day same thing happened last month but I went in on Sunday and it right Thur
The CVS Pharmacy on Reidville Rd, next to Bi-Lo, is TERRIBLE. They are really slow. I sat in a line for almost 30 minuets, just to “pick” up my meds. Then I’m told that the medication was not ready. This was called in 5 days earlier!!!! Told, “it will be ready, when you come back.” I left CVS over 10 years ago, but for some reason, my insurance will only pay for my medicine, from CVS, and no longer from Rite Aid.... CVS, needs to do better.....
Awful pharmacy experience. I will NEVER use CVS pharmacy again. I doubt I will ever even shop there again.
