We had two haircuts and one blow dry. Linda was great and took such good care of us!
I just back from there 30 mins ago and I'm very pleased with the work they did. I was getting my hair dyed for an upcoming convention, and was really anxious how it would turn out. They told me it may take 2 sessions since my hair is naturally dark brown and I'm going for a lighter color. My stylist (Leanne I believe), was very attentive and knew just the right colors to make it work. She answered all my questions and really made the whole thing go smoothly. Loved it!! Jessica and Anna turned my dead, long, boring hair into much healthier, prettier hair!!!
5/18 *Update* After 6 months with awesome purple hair, I decided to go back to brown/blonde. I gave Anna some vague ideas about what I wanted, like, “Sort of balayage sort of ombré”, and she nailed it exactly. It’s the best color I’ve ever had! 12/17 Anna did an incredible job turning my too-long, boring hair into a vibrant purple masterpiece! She’s lovely to talk to and does great work.
I’ve had my hair styled all over the world - first time I’ve ever had to pay the day before my appointment - I didn’t like that and when the tip option came up - I said I wasn’t going to offer a tip until I’d seen my hair... it was okay...
