This place is honesty shit fuck you guys I ordered my part next day to your store and not only did it not come in next day I wanted longer then a week just for you fuckers to cancel the fucking order
On Aug 23rd around 4:30 pm. I show up at the doors of the store my 10 month old in hand my kids screaming and my mom barely being able to breath, and was welcomed by some of the nicest people I've seen in a while. There was a tornado about 3 blocks from us. My kids where scared and we all was socked. Thay sat us down gave my mom a drink and even gave my kids a treat while the storm passed. I just wanted to show how thankful I was that they was there to calm my kids down..
Valve stems on new tires shouldn't rot in just a year. Had 2 that did to where one just fell off. Will never do business with them again.
Props to John, the store manager, for his outstanding customer service last night. I tried to buy tires online and get the 20% discount. Website locked up so I called and made an appointment the old fashioned way. I printed off the screenshot with the discount, his computer wouldn't accept it, so he went in and manually adjust the price to the discount. Now that's customer service folks! John, you've got my business from here on out.
Shout out to your man in parts! Needed new headlight bulb...he installed it for me and explained what/how he was doing it. 60 yrs old and I had no idea how to do that. Well do now! Thank you for your time and help.
Horrible customer service ! 3 weeks ago i had made an appointment for an alignment. I was told my truck needed 1600$ in work. $100 in parts it was fixed per the invoice. I called yesterday to set an appointment and was told by John it was walk ins. I called back 20 minutes later ( John ) I asked to set an appointment and he FINALLY DID. I got there this morning and found the appointment was for tomorrow. Stopped by bandys and they told me a hole new set of problems on the other side. Did you people miss that side ?
