Horrible service! I've been going here for 2 years. The price has doubled and don't perform all of the services requested. I paid over $40 for an oil change on a Chrysler 200. Oil changes come with tire rotation and air pressure check. My tires were low when I arrived and when they told me they were done. When questioned they put air in my tires, all different amounts, and I left with my car smelling like oil. After getting home I noticed my tires were never rotated. I go here to get my oil changed... 60$ for a Mobile 1 swap after a 20$ coupon... For the price and the speed can’t really beat it but wouldn’t pay for much else they tend to be pretty high... ⭐️😎🖤
I only go here for all my services, on both vehicles. We were even able to get a free oil change, because of all the rewards cards we receive.
If I could give these guys a 10� on a review... I WOULD! I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It ended up being a major disaster and they found out the previous company that did my oil change had broken and "glued" back together pieces!!!! They went above and beyond contacting the other company and helping me handle the situation and fixing my Jeep!! I will never go anywhere else for any work done on my jeep! Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!! Needed a new tire. They accidentally changed out the wrong tire. But, they made it right and gave me a huge discount on the second tire AND paid for the snack I grabbed in the store since I missed my lunch break. Great service save today Pepboys!
Absolutely above and BEYOND service. Had a part replaced on my Honda Civic by a Pep Boys in Michigan and this Pep Boys was able to FIX my car again and went ABOVE expectations to fix my breaks that were also done incorrectly. Highly recommend speaking to Brandon or Josh for any service needs!!
