My garage disposal exlpoded gross stuff and leaked everywhere. I called that morning and Miles came out by the afternoon, an half hour later, a new disposal! Good service from someone you can rely on is rare...this was a wonderful change from the norm. Thank you!
Called Custom Plumbing to fix a broken water main line. It took John about an hour and half to fix it. He arrived before he said they would be there. The cost we felt was very reasonable. The next time we need a plumber we will be calling Custom Plumbing.
I already had an appointment on Tuesday for some other issues. On Sunday evening I discovered water leaking continuously from the box on the front of the property. Couldn't be the City box, of course; it was MY box. A pressure valve had rusted out and broken off. The City came out, confirmed the problem, and shut off the water so that it didn't keep leaking. Woke up to no hot water and I had Airbnb guest's staying in our guesthouse. The old water heater bit the dust in the night hours! Custom plumbing quickly made room in their day to accommodate us, put in a new water heater and did a great job for a reasonable price! I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs!
We refer out daily and use John and his team for all of our plumbing needs! He’s friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, answers his phone, shows up when he says he will be there and does high quality work! His team of employees are “do it right” guys! Highly recommend!!!

I called on a Saturday and they got back to me quickly. They recommended a leak detection service and once the leak was identified as an under-slab leak in my hot water line they came out quickly to make the repair. I had a minor issue following the repair and spoke with the owner. He sent a team back out the same day and took care of it at no extra cost. I'm very happy with their service and will not hesitate to use them again.
We called him at night, he returned our call that night and was at our house at 8am with the parts needed in hand. Great rate, excellent service!
