This was probably the best customer service I have ever had from a service professional Had John from custom plumbing come out today and do a camera inspection of leach field and help me find a blockage in line. He went above and beyond and we even managed to find another distribution box I didn't know was there. Unfortunately my problems are next level beyond plumbing, but he managed to get me a temporary fix to get me by till I get leach field replaced , which he didn't have to do.
Can't say enough good things about Custom Plumbing! They have been a life saver. They installed a tankless water heater, a shut off valve, an additional hose bib, and fixed a leak in the shower. All at a reasonable price with the most professional plumbers in the business.
Very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. John came out to diagnose the problem and give a quote. His employee Lucas was on time and did outstanding work. Would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.
Pleasantly surprised! I called for service Custom Plumbing came the next day. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to accomplishing the work called for the technician noticed that the dishwasher needed adjusting and took care of it. He also checked the stovetop gas connection. The cost to do the work was very reasonable.
John at Custom Plumbing is amazing!!! I had a major leaky pipe under ground on a Sunday and John came right out, dug it up and fixed it within 2 hours for a great price! The ground and landscaping doesn’t even look like it was touched! Thank you !!

They arrived earlier than expected, which worked out great for me. They were professional and efficient. They take care to tidy up after they finish their work...I appreciated that. Prices seem fair. Overall excellent job, my toilet is like new!!. I will definitely spread the word.

Myles is the plumber that works weekends for them, and there is no extra charge for weekend work. Myles was on time, polite, and completed the repair without a hitch. From scheduling with Michael in the office, to speaking with the owner - John, to having Myles complete the repair - everything with Custom Plumbing went smoothly. I highly recommend them!
