Michael took my call @ 12, she was so nice & personable. She assured me I would have a service call before 4pm. John was here @ 1:30! My water heater in the garage was leaking all over the floor. He checked the pressure, found the water meter buried in the front yard. He replaced the valve on the top & solved the problem. Took the time to explain why it failed. He was fast, efficient & professional. Price was less than I expected. Highly recommend Custom Plumbing!

Steve came out earlier than scheduled because he had an opening. He was on time, pleasant and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and double checked his work and even showed us pictures on his phone of what he did. We will need plumbers in the future and I will call them back in a heartbeat.

We had to tear out our tile shower 2 years ago. Finally decided to have a new shower put in and wow are these guys amazing. They were on time and efficent. We now have a beautiful shower. I would highly recommend Custom Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
