Going to Curves is great exercise and visiting with other women is the greatest.
Going to Curves is a great workout including both aerobic and strengthening exercises. It is a friendly place where you are missed when you don't come in. Since it is women only, there is no need to be intimidated by the athletes. The coaches are there to help you learn the equipment and make sure you use it correctly. If you have Silver Sneakers, you can exercise for free !
