This is my personal opinion having lived here for a few years and experiencing other management companies. Run! Run fast! Don't look back. S2 Residential owns this property and they are non-responsive. They are nice until you sign the lease and then you only exist when rent is due. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Again, my personal opinion
Don't expect the Current at the Grid to help you if you have neighbors whose illegal habits are seeping through your SHARED ventilation system. They do not care and will ignore the problem. They are supposed to also have your apartment ready when you move in but no such luck, however do expect the pluming to leak, your cabinet drawers to fall off the hinges or to not even be connected to the wall, power outlets to not work, paint splatters on your carpets, walls, and doors, broken dishwasher, water damage merely painted over... read more
Your water bill will be $55 bucks a month for a 1 bedroom beware
Good living and nice remodeled apartment. Great professional service from the management team.
Both the Manager & assistant manager are very cool. I've been here 3 months so far & I love my apartment, it's peaceful over here, & I haven't had any problems yet.
