I live right here right now and they didn't waive the fees for any of the tenants that were affected by covid-19 I'm not saying we don't have to pay rent but we shouldn't be charged a late fee but they chose the wrong person to upset because I used to recommend all kinds of people to move here and now I'm going to do the complete opposite and I'm giving you a bad review on Facebook and on Google your manager Andrew sucks it's been garbage ever since he took over also look into a couple of their different apartment complexes ... read more
I have been on this property for almost 2 years and the only thing I can say is run!!!! DO NOT LEASE here. You will come to find out later that not only do they not answer the phone but your rent is not the only thing you will have to pay! Priscilla will add about additional $40 to your rent. When I leased here over a year ago they had excellent Management now they suck!!! Watch out for the lies they tell!! Recommendedthe location there slightly overprice but there better then my last apartment.
I’m a current tenant and consistently have a hard time getting someone from the office to answer me back. The only way is to physically go into the office and even then, they make me feel like an inconvenience. I will say, the apartments are nice and the rent is reasonable.
Where to start...the roaches are aweful and our neighbors smoke pot almost daily which comes through the vents and pipes all hours of the day and night. There is water damage done (before us) to the area under the sinks and the cabinet floor slopes so bad we cant utilities under any sinks, did I mention this is the only storage in bathrooms. Our neighbors leave bags and bags of garbage sitting in the entry way (up to 10 days) oh we complain to management but very little is done. Dont waste a year of your life here!!!!
I don’t recommend apartment living for anyone.
