Both times that I've been there I've been told sharply that the macchiato I'm ordering isn't "Starbucks". Its ok, I know where I am. I'm trying to help a local business. Coffee is good but they could certainly be nicer.

You just lost a very loyal customer! I always tell everyone to go to Cuppa manna and if anyone needs coffee suggestions I tell them to go here! I will no longer do that. If someone tastes something and just doesn’t like it why would you have them pay for something they just don’t like. You also don’t have anywhere in your establishment that says all sales are final! Very very disappointed.
Love this place!!!! Love the Charleston Pecan iced coffee and my daughters love their Bubble Teas!!!!
We have been a few times and we LOVE this wonderful coffee house! The staff is very professional and kind, the drinks are excellent, the atmosphere is lovely....what more can be said?!!
