I would highly reccamend Cummings Plumbing. An appointment was scheduled the very same day. Within two hours a technician, ******************* arrived. This young man was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My issue was a waterline leak and he arranged for his team, *** and ****************** to install a temporary water line. Cumming's Plumbing & a/c company is the best in ******.We had an **************** were on it fast. Unfortunately,owner wanted a 2nd bid, which was a total waste of time,*******'s came back & they gave owner a very very nice discount.So, I give them above 5 stars.You all have to take into consideration that most of the a/c places out there sell refurbished units & charge way over the top for units that don't last than a couple of years. Isn't it better to pay a going rate than to mess around with unprofessional companies?

This company obviously promotes themselves as the highest rated plumbing service in ******. I would be willing to bet that they are the highest priced? but they aren't even worth the one star that I have to give in order to post this review. My kitchen looks like an attempt was made to build a two-story addition, not just to install a gas line. They do not provide a detailed statement but are happy to charge you $2,300 to install a gas line that includes permit and a Skype inspection but does not include putting back what th... read more

On the contract, it clearly states "no sheetrock and texture repair" In fact there was a verbal agreement as well, before start of work. I had an appointment between 2 and 4 pm today with a 30 minute call notification. At 3:30 I called them to say I had heard nothing and the lady said he was held up at another call. At 3:45pm I called again and then lady then said she had called me at 12:30 to see if they could come early and two other times. I told her I have not received any calls. We hired Cummings Plumbing to repipe our home. Their price was very reasonable and the work they did was outstanding. Their repipe crew were true professionals and explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Their drywall crew addressed every opening, minimized the dust factor while repairing the walls and their cleanup was spectacular. *********
I had Cummings come out to give an estimate for our new sink installation. Our new sink (*ut in as an under mount with our new granite countertop) was 3" lower than the previous sink. When they cam, they said that they would need to have our cabinets removed (remember new countertop) and that they would need to open the drywall behind the cabinets, to lower the drain. Due to the depth of the new sink that was previously installed before we arrived, as is usually the case Marble countertop sink installers do not account for the drain rough in for the old sink. In your case the kitchen sink drain height was to high with the new deeper sink. You wanted us to install a Disposer along with the trapping. We can only install per code. We thought we had a supply leak in our underground plumbing called Cummings plumbing. After they inspected, they told me we needed to repipe our 2 bathrooms and it would cost $10,000. It turned out it was just water sitting under the tile in our shower from a bad tile job done by Chads renovation LLC 3 years prior. We ripped out the shower and that solved the water problem. I called them because my water heater wasnt heating the water, he came in my house walked over to the water heater looked at it never touched it and said you need a new water heater. I said when can you get it and hes like Monday because the distributing center is closed. Told him never mind well do it ourselves. Shut the front door turned around to go back in the living room and he knocked on the door 10 minutes later and said we can do today but its going to cost $8000 because its the holidays.
