The plumber was a nice, knowledgable young man. The women on the phone couldnt have been nicer. The plumber found two situations that could have been traumatic that we were not aware of until his visit. We were VERY fortunate to find this company!

If I have to give Cummings plumbing a star rating it would have been zero stars. We had a $17,000 air conditioning installed once I was approved. They didn't gave me a chance to say if I really wanted it or a chance to even look else where for prices. They moved in without notice. They installed the air conditioning to the best that suited them. Well the first time that it rained they were called out to fix the leak. They were once again called out to fix the same leak. I called Cummings PLumbing on 12/1 because my shower drain was backing up. They said someone would be out between 2 and 4 the next day. At three o'clock they called and said the guy would be late, more like 4 to 6. I received one more call, telling me he was running late. That was the last I heard from anyone. No one showed up and no one called. I certainly didn't call Cummings because I didn't want to do business with them. I highly recommend Cummings Plumbing. They just installed a new AC unit and furnace. Two workers arrived at 9 a.m. and worked through 105 degree heat as they took out the 25-year-old AC unit and furnace and installed new units, wiring and all of the other items necessary to re-do what was previously there that was NOT up to code. Not recommended. House repiping. Job cost was $15,154.00. ' Per owner job to take 5-6 business days. Started 6/28/23. Today is 7/28/23, 29 days later. Problems: Sheetrock work not completed. Gaping hole in hot water closet wall. Hot and cold supplies to master shower connected in reverse as determined by inspector.
