I highly recommend Cummings Plumbing. They just installed a new AC unit and furnace. Two workers arrived at 9 a.m. and worked through 105 degree heat as they took out the 25-year-old AC unit and furnace and installed new units, wiring and all of the other items necessary to re-do what was previously there that was NOT up to code. Not recommended. House repiping. Job cost was $15,154.00. ' Per owner job to take 5-6 business days. Started 6/28/23. Today is 7/28/23, 29 days later. Problems: Sheetrock work not completed. Gaping hole in hot water closet wall. Hot and cold supplies to master shower connected in reverse as determined by inspector. I would highly reccamend Cummings Plumbing. An appointment was scheduled the very same day. Within two hours a technician, ******************* arrived. This young man was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My issue was a waterline leak and he arranged for his team, *** and ****************** to install a temporary water line. Cumming's Plumbing & a/c company is the best in ******.We had an **************** were on it fast. Unfortunately,owner wanted a 2nd bid, which was a total waste of time,*******'s came back & they gave owner a very very nice discount.So, I give them above 5 stars.You all have to take into consideration that most of the a/c places out there sell refurbished units & charge way over the top for units that don't last than a couple of years. Isn't it better to pay a going rate than to mess around with unprofessional companies?

This company obviously promotes themselves as the highest rated plumbing service in ******. I would be willing to bet that they are the highest priced? but they aren't even worth the one star that I have to give in order to post this review. My kitchen looks like an attempt was made to build a two-story addition, not just to install a gas line. Our staff at Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling are very happy to be southern ********* largest service company. We achieved that by taking care of our customer's. On the contract, it clearly states "no sheetrock and texture repair" In fact there was a verbal agreement as well, before start of work. I had an appointment between 2 and 4 pm today with a 30 minute call notification. At 3:30 I called them to say I had heard nothing and the lady said he was held up at another call. At 3:45pm I called again and then lady then said she had called me at 12:30 to see if they could come early and two other times. I told her I have not received any calls. We hired Cummings Plumbing to repipe our home. Their price was very reasonable and the work they did was outstanding. Their repipe crew were true professionals and explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Their drywall crew addressed every opening, minimized the dust factor while repairing the walls and their cleanup was spectacular. *********
