***************************. plumber, that they sent out to review our situation had no idea what he was looking at and could not explain proper;y what needed to be done with our 27 year old hot water recirculaing system pump system. As for our training regimen, we have Plumbing and HVAC code classes weekly. We can always get better in my view, however this situation looks like a "swing and a miss".
