Cummings Plumbing has become our go to company! From installing a new A/C unit to finding a pinhole water pipe leak in the wall, the service has been professional and expert. Our recent experience with **************** was another example of a competent, courteous, helpful serviceman.

***************************. plumber, that they sent out to review our situation had no idea what he was looking at and could not explain proper;y what needed to be done with our 27 year old hot water recirculaing system pump system. As for our training regimen, we have Plumbing and HVAC code classes weekly. We can always get better in my view, however this situation looks like a "swing and a miss". Would have given ZERO stars if possible. They were called to come out to detect a leak. They never found it even though we had already isolated the area where the leak should be. They said my 91 year old mother needed a complete replumb of her house which would cost $******. We had set up an appointment to discuss this since it was a huge cost and our mother gets flustered causing her to understand.
