I lived there for 3 years. I had a 3 bedroom which is as large as most houses. Great amenities and the apartments are very nice. I did have issues upon move out. There was a management change and my move out file was not properly handled. However after the new management took over and I brought it to their attention they were able to fix the issues. If your looking for Luxury living this is the best place to be.
One of the nicest Apartments in the Tyler area. Great atmosphere. Just off the beating path and yet close enough to everything. You have to at least check it out. Don't get me started about the office staff, Patricia Glass is the best!!!!
My family and I have lived here almost 8 months and we love it. It's beautiful and the people here are super nice!
Update: ever since they got new management and they have got rid of the original office staff, it has gone downhill. My lease is up in August and idk if I’m going to be renewing my lease... I love living here. The office staff is amazing! The only downside is that the trash pick up is getting taken away,even though it's in the least, and our lease price isn't changing but other than that, I have absolutely loved living here for the past 6 month
