RecommendedThe team here is amazing and so is the property. Shannon, Kristen and Taylor are the best group of ladies to have in a front office. You get so many amenities that in 3 years I still have not used them all.

We have only lived here for one month but we absolutely love it! Our neighbors are very friendly. It is very quiet during the day and at night. The office personal and maintenance staff are always courteous and helpful. The pools, clubhouses and other amenities are amazing. We appreciate the valet trash pick up, having a washer and dryer (cost extra but very reasonably priced) in a laundry room (not a closet.) Noise level and Management
I have lived here since January and really like it. Anytime I need maintenance or anything they have been quick to respond or help me.
Stay clear. New management is scam artists and don't hold up their end of lease agreements.
Do not live here. Until they get new management and can stick to your lease agreements then stay away. I have lived here since 2015 and water, cable, and internet was always included and I re-signed a lease with my wife because of that. New management came in and decided they would start charging for water and trash in the middle of our lease after being told by old management that when anyone renews their lease or new tenants would be the ones being charged for water going forward which is fair but I guess these wonderful p... read more
