RecommendedWe just moved in about almost a month ago but we are already so in love. We have looked everywhere around Tyler and Cumberland was what caught our hearts. The amenities and management are great. We also had to call maintenance to get our soap pump in the kitchen fixed, and they came in the same day to take care of it which is amazing. There’s so much to do around the complex. My favorite parts are the tennis court and the dog exercise area. The most important thing to us is that the area is safe.

We have lived here for almost 3 years now and we love the many choices of amenities available to us. There’s something for everyone in the family. The conference room and business areas are comfortable and quiet, there a specific room for gaming, a large theater, 2 pools, 3 workout areas (aerobics, weights, and cardio), 2 living areas with kitchens, billiards, tanning beds, and fireplaces (indoor & outdoor). We hope to buy a home soon, but for now, this has been a good place to call home.

Omg. Beautiful place to live!! Huge apartments with tons and tons to do. Swimming ,tennis, tanning, grilling, pools, gym...you name it. To top it off, pet friendly. Love, love living here

the front office staff treats you like family. they are there for you when you least expect it. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!!

Atlanta and Bonnie in the office are so nice and always there to help. I love living here and can’t get enough of the movie theater and resort pool and grills. Friends that come over are always blown away at how nice they are. A definite great place to live.
Cumberland Place has been our home for 3 years. The office staff is friendly, attentive to our needs, and is open to suggestions or questions. The apartment itself is very nice. We love the open floor plan. It is pet friendly which was perfect for us! There are lots of wonderful places to take your dog for some space outdoors. We love it here!
