Family Absolutely love everyone there. Gives you a feel of being with family. Very caring and gentle atmosphere. I tell all my friends and family about Dr. Johnny Shanks and his staff. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
When I am sitting in the dental chair, whoever comes in should make themselves visible to the patient while talking. It seemed uncomfortable to me that I couldn't see who was coming into the room and talking without coming around to be seen by the patient.
Another great dental visit! I received a call from the dentist offering to move up my appointment so that I could go at the same time as my wife - saved driving and let us go out to eat afterward. The cleaning went well, the assistant was pleasant, but not overly chatty, the dentist gave me a good check over and asked how I was doing. Very personal appointment. Thanks for all you do for your patients!

Taken in promptly. The work was done thoroughly and professionally. The staff was very friendly.
We arrived on time and was cheerfully greeted by the receptionist. I'm sorry we didn't get her name. Within 5 minutes my husband was taken to the room for his cleaning. Lauren is the tech that worked on him and he was pleased with the cleaning and the professional manner in which it was handled. Lauren also did my cleaning and I was very pleased with her technique as well as her caring manner. Look forward to our next visit.
I have been looking for a dentist for sometime.I have finally found a great dentist that has well trained team. When I arrived I was greeted and offered something to drink.I did not have to wait they were very prompt.The dental assistant is well trained and you can tell she enjoys helping people. Dr. Shanks explained my options with a caring attitude. He is a very good listener. I will trust Northside Family Dentistry with all my dental needs.

Came in today as a walk in and was seen by a dentist in about 30 minutes! Put my mind at ease about the dental issues I am experiencing. Office staff are friendly, and the office is just beautiful and well maintained.
