While making an appointment as a new patient, we found the staff to be courteous and friendly. When we arrived, we were impressed with the large, modern and well decorated facility and met with the dentist with little delay. Dr, Shanks proved to have good bedside manners and proved to be competent. All who worked there were professionals with warm personalities. We have referred this particular office to our neighbor and have recommended them to friends.

VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
The office is spotless and the nurses and doctor are professional, polite and caring. My experience with this dentist was great. I was having a tooth extracted and was expecting a painful experience. However that was not the case. I was given a numbing agent and Dr. Shank explained everything that he was doing during the procedure. It was over before I knew it. Always attentive.
The staff were all very friendly and professional. The hygienist Devon did an excellent job and explained everything she was doing before she did it. Dr. Shanks understood my current financial situation and did not try to push me into having any unnecessary services until I am ready. Great office.
