I know it sounds strange, but I love going to see my dentist and his staff! I know that I will be treated like family and given the best care and attention. Dr. Shank is very knowledgeable and has a one stop facility. I went in today with tooth pain and left 2 1/2 hours later left with a beautifully crafted permanent crown! My husband was in yesterday with a huge cavity in one of his front teeth! He left with a beautiful smile once again after having his tooth extracted and a bridge placed! Amazing quality care and wonderfully welcoming staff! I know it sounds strange, but I love going to see my dentist and his staff! The staff are very caring and friendly. The clinical experience pleasant and professional.
From the minute we walked in the door to the time we left the office, I felt comfortable. It doesn't feel like your typical dentist office to me and I don't dread going there. My husband has extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, but he was able to sit through his entire check up, cleaning, and exam by the doctor. He actually told me when we left, "Yeah, that wasn't so bad." My six year old daughter recently became a patient at Northside and looks forward to her appointment to get her teeth cleaned. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and fun to talk with! I felt at ease even though this was my first visit and I don't like going to dentists at all! The hygienist was excellent! She did a very good job cleaning my teeth without leaving me in pain, and she was wonderful about explaining everything to me. I am very happy to have found a new dentist (including all the people working in this office) that I liked as much as the one I left in Ohio!

Staff was efficient and friendly . They were able to replace a crown that had come off. as well as repair a small cavity they found under the missing crown all ion the same day. This was much appreciated as I am a small business owner and time is valuable. Their ability to repair the cavity, make and install a new crown the same day was unexpected and amazing. The equipment they used to make the crown was cutting edge technology. Thank you Dr. Shanks and your staff.
