The care was exceptional. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very professional. My check-in experience left much to be desired. While checking-in I was experiencing hypoglycemia as I am a diabetic. I had no sugar handy. I started to fell clammy and shake. I asked one of the front desk clerks if they had any juice or candy because my blood sugar was extremely. She said no and continued with her tasks. I had to sit down because I was feeling faint. Disappointed I've been coming here for years and was always pleased. This past weekend I had a Saturday appointment . I patiently waited an hour past my appointment time , only to be rushed through what they called a cleaning. I've never had my teeth "cleaned" that fast and careless . I wouldnt even say my teeth felt clean . On top of that I was told I had a possible small cavity , when I ask if I could get it fixed that day , "you may wait a bit because we're busy " So needless to say I will probably cancel that follow up a... read more
