Long waiting time I switched to this office from my original doctor because I heard good things about this place. Went the first time I wasn't able to see the doctor. I was finally seen after my second attempt, first attempt waiting almost 40 minutes they didn't even call me to the front desk to register, so I had to re schedule cause I had work. Great Dental office I love this office. Easy to get an appointment, professional staff and the dentists there are so patient. The whole family come to this office I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great care but that front desk...... The care was exceptional. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very professional. My check-in experience left much to be desired. While checking-in I was experiencing hypoglycemia as I am a diabetic. I had no sugar handy. I started to fell clammy and shake. I asked one of the front desk clerks if they had any juice or candy because my blood sugar was extremely. She said no and continued with her tasks. I had to sit down because I was feeling faint. Questionable practices -After being seated, bib put on and ready for cleaning prior to root canal, I was told to get out of seat and pay in advance for the root canal. -Was told I need a crown by dental assistant (not dentist), despite the dentist telling me at previous appointment that it may not be necessary. -Told crown was a hundred dollars more than previous appointment. Will not be coming back.
