Stopped in a couple weeks ago. Ordered a burger with Swiss. Was given burger with Cheddar. When we brought to their attention, a member of staff and then owner visited our table 3 times to argue that we just ordered the
Good food!! Clean, courteous, dining room is nice. Just wish their booth sears were a bit more open & seats higher.
Bev and I were in today for a burger and fries. After putting the wrong cheese on Bev's hamburger the manager made two trips to our table to tell us we ordered wrong. Then a lady brought out the new burger and told us again we ordered wrong. I said I would like to talk to the owner and she let me know she owned it and that the cashier never makes mistakes. Will never go back. The owner made a big scene at our table. By the way, I did order it right.
The Butter Burger is almost a religious experience. It's Heavenly!

Owner was rude and aggressive to me while she attempted to correct and recover $1.47 error made by the cashier. She interrupted our meal THREE Times to find out what had happened and why we thought we had ordered an additional small fry. Even though it was their mistake, she came back to the table three times to ensure I would pay the $1.47 for the small fry. I have never seen anything like the horrible customer service in Columbus. I enjoyed the food very much and the laid back country atmosphere , I would recommend this place to anyone , I'll definitely stop again when I'm in this area
