I used to love this place and would travel across town to eat there but not anymore. I had the new chicken sandwich last night and it would not digest. I felt bloated for 12 hours until I finally puked 4 times to get it up the next day(today). I called to let them know and they just said it's the same chicken they use for their crispy chicken. First time being to a Culver's and I LOVED it.. The food was great and the manager working was friendly to the six of us.. came and delievered our food to us and had a short conversation! Will be back again when in the area!
Usually our experience has been okay but not tonight. Had one price on billboard and charged another. Then when we spoke to owner she said, "it's only 10 cents". No apology or anything. Just bad attitude. I had to rectify things when my daughter came out without her refund. Need to work on customer service.
