Service was very slow messed my order up and wouldn’t fix it after I waited 25 to 30 mins in lobby
Food was fresh and customer service was on point.
I thought our visit was great, food was good. Crew was great! Laz waited on us. No issues.
We were in town for a competition for my 4th grader and on lunch break. They lost our ticket and it ended up taking an hour to get our food after 5 trips to the counter asking about our order. On the 3rd trip asking about our order, the manager offered a refund. On the 4th trip, several minutes later, I explained that we NEEDED to leave in 10 minutes so I needed to know if they were making our food. The manager said that he would start making it. What?!? You shouldn't put out coupons for a $1 off ANY SALAD if you will not redeem it for ANY salad. a side salad is still a salad. I won't be back
