I am visiting from Kansas and like to try new places when I am here. As we pulled in i thought to myself "ehh another hamburger place" WRONG! The choices are great just like the food and the BEST Onion RIngs I have ever had!
I was surprised by how friendly the staff were! Yoda and I had quite an awesome adventure visiting Culver’s! Oh, I also love the burgers and cheese curds:)
Location opens at 10 a.m. Placed our order in the Lobby at 10:29. Food arrives to our table at 10:47....all while we watch a stream of cars go through the D/T. They're reason?....We were waiting for the grill to heat up....🤔🙄
Just went thru the drive thru and the kid that brought our food out (I wish I would’ve caught his name) , saw my dog sitting in my passenger seat and asked if we got our “pup cup”. I didn’t know what he was referring to and said no. He said , wait Right here , I’ll be right back. He brought back a small cup of custard for my fur baby. He was so thoughtful and in our little community of Columbus Indiana, customer service lacks quite a bit and he went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.
